Will I receive an order confirmation?

Currently, we only deliver to Australia.

How can I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your order and provide additional instructions to the delivery service if needed.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

Have you not received your order? We're sorry about that! After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Subsequently, you'll receive an email with a track-and-trace number to follow your package. Haven't received this email or is your package's status unclear?

My tracking shows my order was returned, what should I do?

I've changed my mind, what now?

Have you changed your mind? Of course, you can. Once you inform us within 14 days of receiving your order that you'd like to return it, we'll ensure the purchase price is refunded to your account within 14 days of receiving the returned order. You can open and try the product and still return it. Please note that the return shipping costs are at your expense.

I want to exchange the product, how can I do that?

You can exchange your order for a new item within 14 days after the delivery date, free of charge. The product can be opened, tried on, and then returned. The buyer bears the cost of returning the item they wish to exchange. The new item will be sent to the customer within 7 days of receiving the returned package.

The product arrived damaged, what now?

Did you receive a damaged product? Send us a photo of the order within 14 days along with your order number to businessisabellabrownuk@hotmail.com, and we'll ensure you receive a new item free of charge within 7 days of receiving the email.

I never received my order, what now?

I want to cancel, what now?

Have you changed your mind? You certainly can. Once you cancel your order within 48 hours of placement, we'll refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days.
